WE ARE HIRING

an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager at Creekside Insurance to support our growing commercial insurance division in our Raleigh, NC office. This role is ideal for someone who understands independent agency operations, can manage renewal workflows, communicate confidently with clients and carriers, and keep files clean, documented, and moving. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day service for commercial lines clients, including endorsements, certificates, audits, renewals, billing questions, carrier follow-up, and policy documentation. Run and manage upcoming renewal workflows, including reviewing expiring policies, requesting updates, comparing current-year policies to prior-year policies, and identifying missing coverages, assets, named insureds, additional insureds, exclusions, endorsements, or other discrepancies. Support producers with submissions, applications, supplemental forms, loss runs, proposals, remarketing, and renewal strategy. Maintain clear documentation in the agency management system and make sure emails, notes, attachments, and next steps are associated with the correct client file. Communicate professionally with business owners, carrier underwriters, wholesalers, finance companies, and internal team members. Help Creekside build a higher-standard commercial servicing model with disciplined workflows and strong E&O prevention habits. Required Experience NC Property & Casualty license required. Minimum 5 years of commercial lines insurance agency experience preferred. Strong understanding of BOP, package, GL, commercial auto, workers compensation, umbrella, inland marine, builders risk, and related commercial coverages. Experience supporting middle-market accounts, contractors, real estate, hospitality, professional services, or other commercial business classes preferred. Experience with QQ Catalyst, AgencyZoom, Vertafore, Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systems is helpful. Ideal Candidate Organized, steady, and accountable. Comfortable managing a book of business.
