As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of insurance products. ```Duties```
- Develop and maintain a client base through outside sales activities
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives ```Requirements```
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Ability to effectively negotiate terms and premiums with clients
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately
