Duties Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs to recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage options. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking policy renewals efficiently. Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products across various channels, including telemarketing campaigns and digital outreach. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to develop bilingual or multilingual communication approaches to serve diverse client populations effectively. Requirements Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License (not required but preferred); additional licenses or certifications are a plus. License reimbursement if you don't have your license and are willing to. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals confidently. Proficiency in sales administration tools, analysis skills for assessing client needs, and familiarity with marketing techniques. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for understanding confidentiality standards in client interactions. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards engaging prospects through telemarketing or direct outreach.
