As a Commercial Lines Service Specialist, you will provide professional, courteous service to our clients and internal team. Provides support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial accounts. Your job responsibilities as a
Commercial Lines Service Specialist:
Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients Work closely with the team in providing exceptional service Assist team in following HUB process/procedures related to binders, certificates, endorsements, policy check and other related items while verifying accuracy Knowledge of carrier online systems for obtaining quotes, loss runs, billing information, policy documents, etc. Assist with premium bearing transactions, audits and premium reconciliation Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in agency management system Adhere to all HUB Broker Standards, processes, procedures and state regulations Work closely with management on special projects and act as a back-up to team members as needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred Previous experience working with property and casualty account administration preferred Experience with Epic or other insurance related software preferred Ability to acquire and maintain approved accredited program designation preferred An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications State property and casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain, required Knowledge of insurance agency operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a great attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Must be thorough, detail-oriented and is responsible for working with confidential information Ability to accommodate immediate requests, perform under short deadlines and coordinate multiple jobs What makes us different than all the rest?
