Position Overview We are seeking Licensed Insurance Agents who are passionate about helping families and businesses protect what matters most. This role is crucial in understanding their needs and offering innovative insurance solutions. If you're passionate about helping people and driving sales, this could be the perfect position for you. You must have an active Property & Casualty License to be considered. You must live in the United States to be considered. You must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to be considered. This job has a base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 based on experience plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients in person and over the phone to assess insurance needs Provide tailored solutions across auto, home, renters, and commercial lines Drive new business development, with a strategic focus on building a referral network and partnerships Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads using agency tools Collaborate with team members to meet daily activity goals and contribute to a culture of excellence Participate in ongoing coaching and performance reviews to sharpen your skills and impact

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) Proven insurance or risk management sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, energetic, and goal-driven
