Job Overview
JOIN ONE OF THE TOP ALLSTATE AGENCIES IN NJ.
No insurance experience required; we will pay for licensing and training. We are seeking confident, motivated Insurance Sales Representatives. You will advise customers on how to protect what matters most to them, via Auto, Home and other Property and Casualty products as well as Life Insurance solutions. You will have the opportunity to join a high energy, tight-knit and success-driven team. Great attitude and ability to build immediate rapport, over the phone with prospects is a must. You will be provided with hands-on training from everyone on the team. You will not be responsible for generating your own leads. You will be working with people that request an insurance quote and will follow an established work flow process to ensure proper follow-up. •All who apply will be emailed a link to an online assessment. Salary Range:

Provide exceptional customer service. Be outstanding at relationship building.
