No. We provide a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Will I need to generate my own leads? Yes and no. This role requires proactive outbound prospecting. We provide databases, tools, support, and marketing resources, but success depends on your willingness to hunt for new business. Is prior commercial insurance experience required? Preferred, but strong B2B sales professionals with a proven track record will be considered. What can I expect to earn in year one? Income is performance-based.
