This opportunity is designed for individuals that have a strong sales background and are ready to start a serious career in insurance sales with an organization eager to help them meet their goals and build a solid financial future! Duties Assist clients in understanding their commercial insurance options and coverage details Handle sales administration tasks, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth Facilitate effective communication between clients and the insurance team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information Support benefits administration as needed, ensuring clients receive the necessary information regarding their policies Skills Proficiency in customer service practices to enhance client satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, allowing for better communication with diverse clientele Excellent analysis skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally Familiarity with telemarketing techniques to engage potential clients proactively. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to commercial lines insurance products

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

P&C licensed One to three years of experience in commercial lines servicing Experience handling own book of business Knowledge and experience with an agency management system, Adobe, and Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
