Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred Proven performance metrics or skillsets from previous employment Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening Intrinsically driven to be successful
Expectation of Responsibilities:
Outbound calling Creating insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales Establishing relationships with clientele and provide follow up Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service Consistent and strong work ethic, committing to success each and every day Weekly meetings to set goals and expectations, and boost morale FAQS What does training look like? We invest in our team members to help them succeed and achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. Your product knowledge will come from our learning platform as well as specialized training from the agency owner, who was mentored from the leading Farmers office in both Nevada and Oregon! Is prior insurance sales experience needed? Not at all! We will provide you with all the tools and knowledge you need to be successful immediately! Will I purchase my own leads? Never! Your leads will be provided for you, you will never have to go out and ask for business! Is this a commission-only position? Nope! We understand the importance of having financial stability, so we provide competitive base salaries for all our Sales Representatives, in addition to uncapped commission and bonuses/incentives.
