Duties Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their personal insurance needs and provide suitable solutions Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage adjustments, claims processing, and billing questions Promote additional insurance products through effective sales techniques such as outside sales and telemarketing strategies Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and sales activities using sales administration tools Conduct analysis of customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns targeting potential clients in various communities, including multilingual markets Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts in a friendly manner Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company Spanish fluency required.
