What You'll Do Build and grow a book of commercial business through consistent prospecting and networking Develop relationships with local business owners, centers of influence, and community partners Lead thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and uncover risk exposures Deliver clear, confident proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process Close new business while setting the stage for long-term retention and referrals Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional client experience Identify cross-sell opportunities across Personal Lines and Benefits Maintain organized, accurate documentation in our systems to support long-term success What We're Looking For Active Nevada Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain quickly At least 3 years of commercial insurance or outside sales experience preferred A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their own time Someone who genuinely enjoys people and builds trust naturally Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up Resourceful, coachable, and always willing to learn A positive, professional presence that reflects well in the community What Success Looks Like Here Success in this role is not just about hitting numbers, though production matters.
