Commercial Lines Account Manager (On-Site / In-House)

Location:

Albany, New York Metro Area Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

Experience Required:

3+ years Commercial Lines experience About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in an on-site, in-house capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, and has a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and markets. Key Responsibilities Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day client needs Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-level service and retention Market new and renewal business to carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricing Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carrier partners Review policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist producers with account strategy and client communication Prepare proposals, coverage summaries, and presentations Support claims processes and advocate for clients when needed Qualifications 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience Strong knowledge of coverages including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers' Compensation, and Umbrella Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Experience working with multiple carriers and agency management systems Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive salary ($90K-$120K) Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off, holidays, and work-life balance Stable, team-oriented work environment with growth potential If you're a strong Commercial Lines professional looking for a stable, in-house opportunity in the Albany area, please send us you resume.
