Skills:

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
