POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS
The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day servicing, retention, and support of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will have Producer support on every account, and an Associate Account Manager assigned to help support you, allowing you to focus on client relationships, coverage strategy, renewals, and high-level account service.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Manage daily servicing of assigned commercial insurance accounts Serve as primary contact for client questions regarding coverage, policy changes, renewals, and service needs Work closely with the Producer to support client retention, coverage strategy, and overall account management Partner with an assigned Associate Account Manager for support with account servicing, documentation, certificates, and administrative needs Assist clients with certificates of insurance, binders, auto ID cards, endorsements, and evidence of insurance Prepare and support new business and renewal submissions, proposals, and presentations Review and analyze policies, quotes, and contracts to help identify coverage requirements or potential gaps Communicate with carriers and underwriters regarding quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy updates Process policy changes, renewals, and other transactions in the agency management system Assist with billing, invoicing, premium allocations, audits, and installment processing Support onboarding of new clients, including applications, documentation, and system setup
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
Must be licensed in Property & Casualty / Commercial Lines Insurance 5+ years of commercial insurance account management or servicing experience Experience handling middle market or larger commercial accounts Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system preferred CISR or similar insurance designation is a plus Candidates may be required to complete assessments in insurance knowledge and Microsoft Office skills. Background check required
WORK ARRANGEMENT
In Office Hybrid with set schedule after 1 year of service
SALARY RANGE
$70,000-110,000 /yr (commensurate with experience)
