Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the key driver in delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our existing clients. Your expertise will help customers understand their coverage options, tailor policies to meet their needs, and build lasting relationships. As a licensed professional, you will only field in inbound inquiries for our seasoned agents with no quotas or requirements for new business at all. You will also quote insurance policies with our in house carriers and help clients move their insurance to a different company when it is advantageous to do so. Duties Take customer payments over the phone and in our office. Conduct thorough analysis of client car insurance and homeowners insurance to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly Requirements Valid P&C insurance license in good standing. Proven experience in insurance, account management or retail with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Ability to operate our agency management software after being trained by a team member. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $45,500.00 per year
