The Money Base:

$40,000 Monthly bonuses up to $3,000 based on production Commission split on life insurance sales Licensing milestones add $2,500 each to your base (Life & Health + Medicare) OTE up to $85K — with leads handed to you What You're Actually Doing Working warm leads, quoting P&C policies, cross-selling into an existing book, and closing.
