This is a sales-focused role where you'll work with inbound leads, build relationships, and generate new business across personal and commercial lines. Whether you're licensed and experienced or brand new and motivated to learn, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. Compensation Options (Your Choice) Option 1: Base + Commission Monthly base salary Tiered commission on new business Renewal commissions Performance-based income growth No cap on earnings Option 2: 100% Commission (High-Upside Plan) No cap on earnings 100% of Agency commission percentages Renewal commissions Ideal for experienced producers or highly motivated self-starters What You'll Do Handle outbound calls/texts for leads Quote and bind insurance policies Cross-sell and upsell existing clients Build and maintain a book of business Follow up with prospects and pipeline opportunities Hit and exceed monthly sales targets What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Competitive, self-motivated mindset Sales experience preferred (insurance, real estate, auto, etc.) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Coachable and eager to improve
