Salary Range:
$64,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in direct sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload. Comfortable using technology for client interactions and administrative tasks. A genuine desire to help seniors navigate their healthcare options. Responsibilities Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their Medicare needs and present suitable insurance solutions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various prospecting methods. Conduct personalized consultations, either in person or virtually, to explain plan benefits and coverage details. Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and service. Stay current with Medicare regulations, plan changes, and market trends through continuous learning.
