THE OPPORTUNITY
- This Account Manager, Commercial Lines manages a book of insurance business, and provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Service day to day client needs including fielding phone calls, email, and other communication relative to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- + High School or equivalent + P & C Insurance Producer License Required + 2-5 years insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- + Two or more years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role preferred + Exceptional customer service skills + Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills + Strong data entry skills + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong organization and follow up skills + Ability to effectively work in a team environment + Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization + Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience preferred but not required •
