ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a team member with Frank T Armetta State Farm Insurance, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.

BENEFITS

Monday-Friday 9-5 Saturday 9-12 from April to October No Saturdays November to March. Annual Christmas Party. Team Event at the IronPigs in September. Impromptu team lunch and breakfast.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent/office manager to establish and meet marketing goals Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to obtain relevant property and casualty licenses. Must be able to obtain relevant life and health licenses. Proven experience working as a financial services representative. Exceptional customer service skills. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Bilingual preferred, Spanish, but not necessary. Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
