We are an award-winning State Farm agency focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating opportunities for our team to grow and succeed.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.00/hour base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities Successful team members have strong earning potential with total compensation ranging from approximately $45,000 - $70,000+ annually. This is an in-office position located in Bethel Park, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims, and coverage reviews
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Ability to commute to our Bethel Park office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance sales experience
• Life & Health license
• Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
