Salary Range:

$52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Requirements Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone etiquette. Coachable, resourceful, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, follow through, and solve problems effectively. Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain, with training materials provided and paid for). Responsibilities Drive new business production through consistent prospecting, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound activity. Develop and present insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales across multiple product lines. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (real estate, mortgage, auto, etc.) and with clients through ongoing follow-up. Deliver strong customer service, handling policy changes, addressing questions, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate client information.
