Unlike captive agents, we represent over 60 carriers, which means we are able to assist our clients with more options to best fit their needs EOE Requirements Active Pennsylvania Producer's License for Life, Accident, and Health (Required). Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly. Strong understanding of the Mercer, Pennsylvania community and its insurance needs. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs. Develop and present tailored life insurance proposals that align with client objectives. Effectively close sales and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to a supportive sales environment. Stay informed about new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
