Licensed Life Producer in Pennsylvania (Required) Minimum 2 years of successful life insurance sales experience Strong closing skills and a passion for helping clients protect their futures Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ethical, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset

Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Licensed Life Producer in Pennsylvania (Required) Minimum 2 years of successful life insurance sales experience (Will consider those with less experience) Strong closing skills and a passion for helping clients protect their futures Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ethical, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales Activities Proactively contact prospects and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to discuss life insurance needs. Conduct in-depth fact-finding to understand each clients financial situation, life stage, goals, and coverage gaps. Recommend suitable life insurance products (term, whole, universal, etc.) based on client needs and company offerings. Prepare and present customized life insurance proposals with clear value articulation. Close sales efficiently while maintaining a consultative, needs-based approach. Pipeline & Lead Management Manage and prioritize leads using CRM tools and daily call lists. Follow up consistently with warm leads (including in-book customers) and referrals to move them through the sales funnel. Schedule and conduct policy reviews with existing policyholders to identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities. About Us We are a premier agency specializing in Home, Life, and Auto insurance.
