Work Environment:

On-site during training We're hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support inbound sales for business insurance products. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment and are motivated to help small business owners secure the coverage they need. What You'll Do Respond promptly to inbound leads from customers actively seeking business insurance coverage Provide accurate quotes and guide customers through available policy options Educate customers on coverage details while ensuring compliance and clarity Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance targets Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance Qualifications Active insurance license required Property & Casualty preferred Life & Health license will be considered Previous experience in insurance sales or a strong customer service/sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to succeed in a high‑volume, inbound sales environment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Comfortable working across systems and documenting customer interactions accurately

• $24.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
