Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our insurance products, providing exceptional customer service while actively engaging in outside sales efforts. Duties Engage with potential clients through inside sales activities, including community outreach, telemarketing, and marketing campaigns to generate new leads. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options. Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, and updating client records Promote insurance products across various channels, including retail sales environments and multilingual communication platforms. Qualifications Proven experience inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both bilingual (English/another language) and multilingual settings preferred Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. Knowledge of insurance sales processes Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in sales administration or related roles is a plus; training will be provided for specific industry requirements. Pay:

$20.20 - $30.00 per hour
