Job Overview Are you an experienced insurance professional or sales leader looking to step into agency ownership with an established book of business? This opportunity offers a unique path to take over a fully operational Farmers Insurance agency in the Scranton / Lackawanna County area, with existing revenue, staff support, and infrastructure already in place. The Opportunity The agency is currently operating with: ~1,300+ total policies in force (PIF) across multiple books ~$1.8M+ in annual premium (rolling 12 months) Strong mix of personal and commercial lines (commercial-heavy book) Established client base with renewal and cross-sell opportunities The office is fully built out and ready for transition, including systems, workstations, and phone infrastructure.
