Pay includes base hourly pay and unlimited monthly bonus opportunity! Responsibilities Engage with prospective and current clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events. Identify client needs by conducting thorough analysis and offering customized insurance and financial products. Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting agency goals. Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including telemarketing campaigns and digital outreach. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining coverage options clearly, and following up on client requests. Qualifications Current Insurance licenses for Property, & Life, health and Accident preferred. Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a broader customer base. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Experience in sales administration, marketing is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and familiarity.
