Job Overview Brian Ligon Allstate Agency was founded from scratch in 2014. Since then, we've built a structured, relationship-driven agency where licensed professionals can focus on advising clients and doing meaningful work without unnecessary chaos. We are rooted in the Reno/Sparks community and known for professionalism, strong referral networks, and a commitment to long-term client relationships. Our mission is to build careers, protect our clients properly, and operate with a structure that reduces burnout. We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who wants to grow with us. This role is designed as a long-term career path with structured coaching, strong lead flow, and clear income growth tied to performance. Employees appreciate that we protect their time so they can focus on advising and closing, while leadership provides clarity and consistent opportunity.
