We are looking for a motivated producer who wants to build a long-term career, grow a strong book of business, and become a top performer in the industry. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with strong sales ability, networking skills, or industry relationships can thrive in this role. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers Analyze risks and recommend insurance solutions Present proposals and close new business Maintain prospect pipelines and generate referrals Help grow and retain a profitable book of business You'll have support from experienced account management staff so you can stay focused on sales and relationship-building.
