Role Description This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Select Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves managing day-to-day client accounts, including servicing existing clients, addressing inquiries, renewing policies, and identifying opportunities to enhance client insurance programs for small business accounts up to $10,000 commission per account. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and supporting the sales team in developing and implementing insurance solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications- Strong experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency and knowledge in Insurance, including policy management.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and collaborating with team members.
- Licenses in property and casualty insurance.
