Torrance, CA The Company:

A leading insurance agency with thirty-plus successful years in the industry is actively seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in the Torrance area! This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is eager to grow within a company that truly invests in its employees' success.

The Fun Stuff:

Annual salary ranging from $70,000

• $80,000, with bonuses twice a year Monday
• Friday Full-time Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office Full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid company holidays

The Preferred Qualifications:

Property & Casualty insurance license 4+ years in Commercial Lines insurance experience Proficiency with management systems and experience with small to mid-size accounts In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures Fluency in both Japanese and English is preferred

The Role:

Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client Responsible for marketing new and renewal business Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producer Performing other job-related duties as assigned Apply now!
