The team is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their collaborative and supportive group. Preferred Skills:
5+ years of experience managing commercial accounts Active Property & Casualty license. Demonstrated capability with industry-leading agency management systems (e.g., AppliedEpic, AMS360). Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, products, and agency best practices. Proven ability to proactively manage commercial insurance accounts, including servicing client needs, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims.
The Core Responsibilities:
Service a book composed primarily of small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Cultivate strong, trusting client partnerships through highly professional and attentive service. Efficiently execute essential policy functions, including the processing of certificates, notices of cancellation, and endorsements. Timely and accurate handling of all requests for information and necessary documentation. Prepare thorough applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.
