• We've got each other's backs Your Responsibilities Develop and produce new Commercial Lines accounts , with an emphasis on multi-policy accounts Retain and service existing accounts, including processing endorsements and payments Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships Collaborate with Sales and Operations Managers on marketing strategies Draft correspondence and handle client communications according to agency standards Actively participate in team meetings, community events, and agency initiatives What We're Looking For A teachable professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence Someone flexible, collaborative, and community-focused A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure and follows through on commitments Strong communication skills, both written and oral Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with technology Requirements High school diploma or GED required (college a plus) Washington State Producer License (or ability to obtain and maintain) Typing skills (40 wpm with accuracy) Basic accounting and cash-handling knowledge Ability to work specified days each week in-person in our Oak Harbor office and the remaining days remote Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ready to take the next step in your career?
