Position Summary BHC Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Servicing Consultant to join our Commercial Lines Department in Fort Smith, AR. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day service and support to commercial insurance clients. This role ensures policies are accurately maintained, client requests are handled promptly, and coverage aligns with client needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while supporting renewal consultants and producers. Key Responsibilities Service a book of commercial lines accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, certificates, policy checking, claim reporting / follow-up and billing inquiries Process policy changes accurately and in a timely manner Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage as requested Review policies for accuracy and communicate discrepancies Assist with renewal preparation, including gathering updated information and marketing (if applicable) Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate documentation and activity notes in the agency management system Support producers and renewal consultants with account servicing needs Coordinate with carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and claims-related issues Ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements Build relationships with clients Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance servicing (preferred) Active Property & Casualty license (required or willingness to obtain) Experience with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, etc.) Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage Skills & Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Performance Expectations Timely processing of all service aspects High level of client satisfaction and responsiveness Accurate documentation and minimal processing errors Effective collaboration with internal teams and carrier partners Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Eligible for Bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Ongoing training and professional development 7.5 Hour Workdays Hybrid work environment with flexibility and structure
