This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Life Insurance Health Insurance Requirements Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred Strong communication and leadership potential Proficient with CRM systems Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us) Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training. Responsibilities Sell auto, home, life, specialty and business insurance.
