We are seeking a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to join our hybrid remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and helping clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs. Whether you're already licensed or looking for an agency that's willing to invest in your development, we provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. As a member of our team, you'll generate and follow up on opportunities, provide quotes, service existing accounts, and guide clients through the insurance purchasing process. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a genuine desire to help people.
