Salary Range:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Life Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Work from Home Requirements Requirements Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain license paid for by agency) Life & Health license preferred (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused attitude Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite Preferred Direct experience or familiarity with Farmers LMS (Lead Management System), APEX or CRM systems Strong persuasive direct sales experience with regards to bringing new business and cross selling existing business Bilingual skills a plus (not required) Strong closing ratios from lead to prospect conversions Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Responsibilities Responsibilities  Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency objectives Prepare and present insurance quotes; deliver strong sales presentations and close sales opportunities Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others) Educate clients on insurance options including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines Accurately complete applications and documentation while following all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements Use CRM (AgencyZoom) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term client relationships
