We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Outreach Representative to help grow our referral network and expand our presence in the Miami market. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with: Hospitals Rehab facilities Assisted living communities Case managers & discharge planners Conduct in-person visits to referral sources daily Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of client referrals Educate partners on our home care services and value proposition Track outreach activity and referral conversions Represent the company professionally in the community Compensation Base salary + strong commission structure Performance-based bonuses Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Top performers can scale income significantly based on referrals generated.
