Responsibilities:

Educate clients on life insurance products and solutions. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Customize policies to fit each client's individual needs. Work independently while staying connected to team culture. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a competitive mindset. Coachable and goal-oriented. Must pass a background check. Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — support provided).
