What You'll Do:

Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients to introduce life insurance solutions Meet with clients virtually (Zoom) or at our office in Pleasanton, CA. Analyze client information to recommend appropriate life insurance products Follow up with prospects and clients to guide them through the application process Maintain accurate client records and complete required sales documentation Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives to grow your client base Provide professional, empathetic customer service and ongoing support Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all applicable insurance regulations

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with people by phone, in person and video Coachable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Bilingual skills are a plus but not required No prior insurance or sales experience required

Training & Support:

Step-by-step training (insurance basics, sales skills, systems, and compliance) Ongoing mentorship and coaching Licensing guidance for the state of CA. Remote systems and tools provided

Work Schedule & Location:

90% remote / work from home Flexible hours (part-time or full-time based on your availability) Ideal for parents managing childcare, school schedules, or household responsibilities

Compensation:
