WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies Help clients identify solutions to protect their income, family, and future Build meaningful relationships within your community Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development Generate referrals through excellent client service Learn proven systems for client acquisition and business growth Grow into leadership opportunities if desired

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Coachable and open to feedback Professional and dependable Passion for helping others Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, healthcare, ministry, management, or business is a plus but not required

LICENSING

Life Insurance License preferred but not required Unlicensed candidates are encouraged to apply We provide step-by-step guidance through the licensing process State licensing fees are paid directly to state-approved providers

COMPENSATION

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and varies based on individual effort, activity, and results. There is no cap on earning potential. Many representatives begin part-time while maintaining another career and transition to full-time as their business grows.
