Job Details :
- Generate customer leads and sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, general liability, workers compensation.
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
- Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
- Contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
- Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
- Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary additional insured's or specialized coverage.
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Select company that offers type of coverage requested by client to underwrite policy.
- Interview prospective clients to obtain data about the specific types of jobs they will be doing as well as requirements of the owners of those jobs.
Requirements :
- Must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Commercial Insurance Sales Experience:
2 yearsSpanish:
Required- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.
- Artisan or contractor experience preferred

Monday- Thursday| 9:30 am
- 6:30 pm Friday|8:30 am
- 5:00 pm
Pay Rate :
Base salary (DOE) + sales commission and quarterly bonusesJob Type:

$60,000.00- $85,000.
