Responsibilities Actively engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance policies that align with client requirements. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal coverage solutions. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and providing ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase brand awareness and attract diverse client segments, including multilingual communities. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA compliance where applicable), and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Knowledge of sales administration processes and proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools. Familiarity with marketing strategies and benefits administration is a plus for driving outreach initiatives.
