This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and growing within the insurance industry. In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide insurance solutions that protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families while delivering outstanding customer service and support. Responsibilities Generate and write new insurance business Service and maintain existing client policies Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options Build strong relationships with clients and prospects Actively seek referrals and cross-selling opportunities Meet monthly production and growth goals Respond promptly to customer questions and service requests Attend community and networking events Maintain organized client and policy records Work closely with agency team members to support agency growth Take exterior property photos for homeowner policies and underwriting requirements Ensure a professional and positive customer experience Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Active Iowa Property & Casualty License (Required) Previous customer service experience required Insurance sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive and professional attitude Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and similar computer programs Education High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Active Iowa Property & Casualty License (Required) Job Details 1099 Independent Contractor Position Unlimited commission potential Flexible schedule Hybrid remote opportunity available Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Experience Customer service: 1 year (Required) Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location Hybrid remote in Ankeny, IA 50021
