Meet Our Regional Director:
Cameron Lee is a Regional Director with Modern Woodmen of America, where he leads advisor growth and development across Alabama. Since starting his career with Modern Woodmen in October 2008, he has been dedicated to fostering teamwork, building strong relationships, and helping families and businesses achieve financial security. Cameron is passionate about developing advisors into leaders and creating a culture of trust and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys deer hunting, playing music, golf, and serving in his church community, all of which reflect his love for connection, teamwork, and faith.
Role Responsibilities:
Member Consultation:
Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Networking:
Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.
Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed business development goals.
