Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements, offering personalized solutions that meet their unique situations. Negotiate terms and policy details effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on leads to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining complex insurance products clearly, addressing questions promptly, and guiding clients through the benefits of various policies. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates (including HIPAA compliance for health-related products), and competitor activities to refine sales approaches continually. If you are not already a licensed life and health insurance producer, you must be willing to obtain your state insurance producer license. (We will help you with this) Experience Strong people and rapport building skills. The ability to connect easily with new people and make them feel at ease. We make a friend first before they become a client. The ability to communicate complex information clearly. Experience- Nice to Have (but not required): Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and marketing strategies that drive customer engagement. Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate financial or insurance products.
