Salary Range:

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Leads Provided Evenings Off Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Prior Sales Experience. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
