Compensation:
$75,000

Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers' satisfaction
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required Insurance license required Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and documentation efficiently Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and sales processes About Company As a mutual company, with no investors or outside owners, New York Life is uniquely aligned with clients' interests and priorities.
