Role:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions. You'll work with a mix of warm leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. If you enjoy working with people, growing your income through performance, and being out in the field, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Follow up on warm leads and inbound inquiries Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach Build relationships with individuals and/or business owners Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage Maintain a pipeline and work toward sales goals

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience preferred (inside or outside sales welcome) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry Comfortable working toward goals and performance targets

Requirements:

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, but not required (we can help guide the licensing process) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
